IN THE STUDIO
BIKE SETUP : As a new rider, it’s important to let one of our skilled team members properly fit you to your bike. Correct alignment is essential to our style of cycling, the effectiveness of your workout, and your personal safety. After you are fit, our staff will explain how to manage your resistance, demonstrate how to clip in and out of the pedals, and run through the basics of our technique.
SAFETY : Our classes our designed to push you to your limits, but it’s important to listen to your body and remember that you are in control of your bike. Our dimly lit studio is the perfect environment for each rider to take every class at a pace that works for them. This is your ride.
