HYDRATE + FUEL : Drink plenty of water and have a light snack. We have water available for purchase as well.
ATTIRE + SHOES : We recommend wearing athletic attire, form fitting pants or shorts, and definitely socks. Our bikes require cycling shoes. You are welcome to bring your own SPD-compatible shoes. We also offer rentals for $3.
STORAGE : We have cubbies where you can store your belongings during class. Complimentary towels are provided during class.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
CHECK IN : Please arrive 15 minutes early and check in with the receptionist. Confirm your name and preselected bike number. You will sign a waiver and get prepped on our style of riding. If you are not signed up 4 minutes prior to class, your bike will be given away to a person on the waitlist.
WATER + SHOES : Hydration is key! Please bring water with you or we have water available for purchase too . If you do not have proper cycling shoes, we have them available to rent for $3.
ETIQUETTE : Bring good vibes - leave your bad day at the door. To preserve the experience, we ask that all phones be placed on silent and placed in your cubby. If you have a sick family member, you are welcome to leave your phone with the receptionist.
IN THE STUDIO
BIKE SETUP : As a new rider, it’s important to let one of our skilled team members properly fit you to your bike. Correct alignment is essential to our style of cycling, the effectiveness of your workout, and your personal safety. After you are fit, our staff will explain how to manage your resistance, demonstrate how to clip in and out of the pedals, and run through the basics of our technique.
SAFETY : Our classes are designed to push you to your limits, but it’s important to listen to your body and remember that you are in control of your bike. Our dimly lit studio is the perfect environment for each rider to take every class at a pace that works for them. This is your ride.
